Description

She's made beds, patchwork quilts and neon artworks... Tracey Emin is undoubtedly the queen of Britart. Born in Margate, Tracey studied at the Royal College of Art before holding her first solo show at the White Cube gallery in 1994. Since then, she has enjoyed phenomenal success and notoriety, not least with her installations My Bed, part of 1999's Turner Prize exhibition, and Everyone I Have Ever Slept With. Three years ago, Tracey represented Britain at the Venice Biennale and these days her works can fetch hundreds of thousands of pounds.

Monoprint on paper, landscape, 21x14.5cm.
