Description
Cult British artist Stuart Semple has a host of celebrity fans including Debbie Harry, Sienna Miller and Jean Charles de Castelbajac. His most famous recent work involved floating 2000 pink foam smiley clouds from Tate Modern towards London's financial district at the height of the recession in 2009 in an attempt to 'cheer people up.'
