Description
Having been elected a Royal Academician in 1998 and awarded an MBE in 2008, painter, draughtsman and printmaker Chris Orr is a respected figure in the art world. Previously the Head of the Printmaking Department at the Royal College of Art, his work is represented in the Arts Council of Great Britain, Tate Gallery and Victoria and Albert Museum.
Chris Orr's new show London and New York, Work and Play, Works on Paper is at Jill George Gallery, 38 Lexington Street, Soho, London W1, 12 October-13 November 2010. jillgeorgegallery.co.uk.
